By the Banana Bay

Elliot the eloquent elephant eloped with Candy the Cantaloupe-colored Antelope after bartering buttered barnacles by the Banana Bay

Sandy the sanguine-suited salamander learned of this ruefully wretched treachery from Lestor the lecherous leopard who plays in the dandelions all day

Wimpy Whiskers the wondrously wishful, rat-battling cat came out to bout Oscar mouse the lout who furiously flings flies and lies about the levees off Banana Bay

Whiskers graciously wins and Lestor wistfully grins leaving Oscar little recourse but to concede remorse as Harry the horse has his hefty bale of hay

Harry looks on as Oscar moves on and suddenly Sandy simply implies that time cannot fly at that same insidious instant Whiskers did say,

"Silly Sandy, you must wholly admit how you're sad that Candy stole Elliot and now the two fugitives have fled far away"

Lestor was silent as Sandy, turning violent, poured sour mash whiskey over wimpy Whisker's head

Feeling scorned and vengeance sworn Sandy stormed to Lestor to warn of her plans and said:

"Candy I'll slay and Elliot will pay for running away that fateful day when they could no longer stay here by the Banana Bay"

Feelings sated with fury abated, everyone waited whilst the salamander scampered away

The leopard sat, the horse turned to cat and spat between mastications of hay

"Ludicrous lizard, she can only wish hard to not miss her hazardous friend, the ever-elusive elephant that held her sway"

Whiskers sighed, Sandy cried, Harry neighed while Oscar and Lestor played down by the Banana Bay
